Flashing System

A crucial part of any skylight installation is the flashing system. VELUX flashing systems are designed to shed water without relying on sealants that can break down over time. We offer a variety of flashing systems to ensure a weather tight fit for most roof types with a pitch of 15-90°.

Tile & Corrugated Iron Roofs - EDW

Flashing for installing one Skylight in a tile or corrugated iron roofing (not suitable for metal profiles such as Klip-Lok, Trimdeck, etc).

The patented apron flashing piece features pliable pleats that can be easily formed to most types and heights of roofing.

Side and head flashing pieces form a gutter which directs water away from the Skylight and off the roof.
