All contracts for the purchase and installation of VELUX products will be between the customer and the Installer (not VELUX Australia). Terms may vary between installers. Building Consents may be required – please check with your Local Building Authority. VELUX cannot be held responsible for work carried out on your property by installers who are independent of VELUX Australia. Some independent installers recommended by VELUX may charge a fee for a measure and quote in remote or regional areas; please confirm with installer.
